Machine design: as with other polymers, EVAL™ resins can be damaged by excessive heat, so it is important to use the proper extrusion conditions and equipment design.

Packaging, storage and moisture absorption: special precautions have to be taken for the packaging of EVAL™ resins, especially to prevent moisture absorption after the resin package is opened.
